作为一种动态心理资源,心理资本是企业创造竞争优势的关键要素之一。它对员工的工作态度、工作行为都具有积极的作用。研究表明,组织中知识型员工的心理资本和工作绩效高度正相关。因此,重视对知识型员工心理资本的培育,并以发挥知识型员工心理资本的功能为基础制定富有成效的激励政策,是企业最终获取持久竞争优势的有效途径。
As a kind of dynamic psychological resource, psychological capital is one of the key elements for enterprises to create competitive advantage. It has a positive effect on the staff’s work attitude and behavior. The research shows that the psychological capital and work performance of knowledge workers in the organization are highly correlated. Therefore, paying attention to the cultivation of knowledge workers’psychological capital and formulating effective incentive policies based on the function of intellectual workers’psychological capital are the effective ways for enterprises to obtain lasting competitive advantages.
