针对户部寨气田储层物性差,具有低孔、低渗、低压和压裂难度大的特点,研究了户部寨气田压裂伤害机理以及所采取的保护措施;通过优选适合该地区的低伤害压裂液,并对地质资料和以往的压裂情况进行分析,提高了压裂设计参数的准确性,减少了液体对储层的伤害;通过在前置液中加入支撑剂段塞,在压裂施工中采用分段破胶、裂缝处理技术和裂缝强制闭合技术,提高了户部寨气田的施工成功率和压裂效果。现场4井次实验表明,应用这些技术,平均单井日增天然气2.475×104m3/d,累计增气457×104m3。
Aiming at the characteristics of Huobezizhai gas field with poor reservoir property, low porosity, low permeability, low pressure and fracturing difficulty, the mechanism of fracturing damage and the protection measures adopted in Huobezhai gas field are studied. Damage the fracturing fluid, and analyze the geological data and previous fracturing conditions, improve the accuracy of fracturing design parameters and reduce the liquid damage to the reservoir; by adding a proppant slug to the front fluid, In the fracturing construction, the broken gel, crack treatment technology and forced closed fracture technology are adopted to improve the success rate and fracturing effect of Huobeizhai gas field. The experiment of 4 wells in the field shows that with these techniques, the average natural gas per day increases by 2.475 × 104m3 / d and the accumulated gas increases by 457 × 104m3.
