一切为了孩子为了一切孩子哈尔滨儿童艺术剧院始建于1951年,是拥有儿童剧、木偶剧、皮影剧等多剧种的综合性国家专业艺术表演团体。剧院坚持“一切为了孩子,为了一切孩子”的办院的宗旨,充分发挥各剧院的艺术特点,在多年的艺术实践中,形成了自己独特的艺术风格,善于把中国古老的传统文化艺术与现代文化艺术相结合,既保持传统,又勇于探索创新。在多出戏、出好戏,为广大少年儿童提供丰富多彩的精神食粮方面,做了大量工作,取得突出成绩。皮影戏《猴子的心》、《秃尾巴老李》参加首届中国艺术节,深受好评。《木兰从军》、《老鼠送礼》获全国木偶皮影金狮奖比赛银奖,铜奖。木偶剧《丹顶鹤》、《用尾巴钓鱼的猫》等获全国木偶剧调演优秀奖。儿童剧《失去的童年》为第六次全国妇女代表大会演出,引起极大反响,饮誉京城。儿童剧《少年周恩来》曾为国家主席江泽民专场演出,获得高度评价。卡通剧《皮诺丘历险记》获全国儿童剧评比二等奖。大型现代童话剧《淘淘和小萝卜头的故事》参加第三届东北三省话剧节和2000年全国优秀儿童剧展演,获多项奖。校园剧《会旋转的房子》荣获黑龙江省第三届文艺精品工程奖。一批优秀的表演、导演、舞美创作人员存全国举办的各种评奖活动中曾获得“梅花奖”、“金狮奖”、“振兴奖”等国家级奖励。剧院多次赴全国各地巡回演出,平均每年演出近千场,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。剧院还走出国门,先后赴日本、法国、韩国、新加坡演出,并派专家赴美国、德国和台湾等地进行讲学和学术交流。剧院被国家文化部,人事部联合授予“全国文化工作先进单位”;黑龙江省文化厅誉为“全省文化工作一面旗帜”。并多次被哈尔滨市政府,哈尔滨市文化局评为先进单位。1马良哈尔滨儿童艺术剧院院长。国家一级演员2.罗歌如院长助理、二级舞美设计3.薛兆平院长助理,木偶剧团二级演员4.于墨林一级演员兼导演5.赵发滨木偶剧团二级演员、团长
