在蘑菇生产中,培养料一般是用干牛粪粉进行堆制。这种办法在备粪粉时,不但费工,而且粪肥中养份也易流失。为此,我们进行了鲜粪堆料试验。几年来的实践证明,鲜粪堆料不但可减轻劳动强度,减少料中养份损失,而且可节省粪肥用量,蘑菇的产质量却比常规法高。现将堆制方法介绍如下: (一)培养料配方:以1000平方尺栽培面积计算。用鲜牛粪10000斤,石灰60斤,干麦草3500斤,过磷酸钙100斤,尿素30斤,猪粪水100担,
