因为播音员、主持人的存在,使广电传媒更具亲和力和影响力。也正因为播音主持人才的特殊性,这支队伍的建设与管理就显得尤为重要。这不仅关系到播音员、主持人自身的成长与发展,更关乎广播电视整体竞争实力的塑造与提升。在论述播音主持专业特点和客观分析队伍中存在问题的基础上,对其加强建设与管理提出建议。
Because of the announcer, host presence, so that radio and television media more affinity and influence. It is precisely because of the special nature of broadcast hosting talent, the team’s construction and management is particularly important. This is not only related to the announcer, the host’s own growth and development, more about the overall competitiveness of radio and television modeling and upgrading. On the basis of discussing the characteristics of the broadcasting host and the problems existing in the objective analysis team, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the construction and management.
