本文通过对微循环图象的分析,选择了正常人和高血压病人的微循环图象计算机处理与分析。系统组成:Nikon显微镜,CCD摄象机,数码发生器,录放机,计算机图象处理系统及其相应的应用软件。图象处理:(1) 图象预处理,包括图象平滑、锐化、增强等处理。(2) 特征参数提取,静态参数有微血管管径,血管密度,血管条数,交换距离,血管网络等。动态参数有血流速度,血流量,毛细血管灌流比,区域血流量等。结果与分析:通
In this paper, through the analysis of microcirculation images, microcirculation images of normal and hypertensive patients were selected and processed by computer. System components: Nikon microscope, CCD camera, digital generator, VCR, computer image processing system and its corresponding application software. Image Processing: (1) image preprocessing, including image smoothing, sharpening, enhancement and other processing. (2) extraction of characteristic parameters, static parameters of microvascular diameter, vascular density, number of blood vessels, exchange distance, vascular network.
