有机溶剂应用广泛,产量日益增加。关于有机溶剂对人体健康的影响,特别在神经系统毒作用方面的研究,国内外已有报道。但低浓度混合性有机溶剂对女工健康的影响,尚未见系统和综合性的报道。为此,作者对试剂行业接触多品种低浓度有机溶剂的女工进行内科、妇科、神经传导速度,简单反应时间、神经行为功能、遗传毒理以及血清铜,锌、铁等微量元素的测定和研究,并对健康的可能危害作了初步探讨。
