梁方仲教授(1908.7.19—1970.5.18)广东番禺人,当代著名中国经济史学家,中国科学院经济研究所,中国经济史研究室的奠基人之一。他的《一条鞭法》、《明代粮长制《中国历代户口、田地、田赋统计》等是国内外学术界公认的有关问题的经典著作。去年是梁方仲教授八十诞辰之年,十二月五、六两日在广州中山大学召开了纪念梁方仲单位学术讨论会。会议的参加者公同缅怀梁教授的为人、治学方法和学术业绩,同时又交流了各自的最新研究成果。本刊特选讨论会的部分论文编成此辑,以作纪念。(编者)
Professor Liang Fangzhong (1908.7.19-1970.5.18) one of the founders of Guangdong Panyu, contemporary famous Chinese economic historian, Institute of Economic Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China’s economic history. His “one whip method”, “long grain rationale system in the Ming Dynasty,” the account of the previous generation of China, field, field statistics "and other academic circles at home and abroad is recognized as a classic book on the issue. Last year was Professor Liang Fangzhong’s 80th birthday. December 5 and 6 were held in Guangzhou Zhongshan University to commemorate the unit seminar of Liang Fangzhong. The participants of the meeting shared the honor of Professor Liang’s people, their methods of study and their academic performance, and exchanged their latest research results. Selected articles of this press conference were compiled into this series for commemoration. (editor)
