对临床胃电图资料3000份进行回顾性调查,有图形干扰伪迹的874份(29.13%)。根据伪迹图形特征分为3个类型,即节律中断型、节律不齐(紊乱)型和高频附载波型,简介了常见干扰伪迹的图形识别、产生原因及其与病理性异常图形的鉴別要点。强调从检查医生思想上重视、严格执行操作规范和创造良好的检测环境3个方面对干扰进行有效控制。
A retrospective survey of 3000 clinical electrogastrogram data showed that there were 874 (29.13%) of the artifact artifacts. According to the characteristics of the artifact patterns, the patterns are divided into three types: rhythm disruption pattern, irregular rhythm pattern and high-frequency attached wave patterns. The pattern recognition of the common disturbance artifacts and their causes are described. Identification points.
