Zhangcunping Town, Yichang City, started the exploration of rural collective asset management system in the late 1990s and finally formed a mode of managing and operating collective assets with collective asset management companies as a platform. Four Reforms Changping Village, Yichang City, Hubei Province, is located in the mountainous area of northwestern Hubei Province and is the second largest phosphorite hinterland in Asia.
