比较了ZK60、AM60、AZ31和AZ91D等4种铸造镁合金在SBF模拟体液中浸泡72 h的腐蚀性能。利用SEM观察了镁合金腐蚀后的显微形貌,根据失重法计算了镁合金的腐蚀速率,采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗方法进一步评价了镁合金的耐蚀性。研究表明,AZ91D合金腐蚀速率最低,并且呈均匀腐蚀。AZ31合金耐蚀性最差,且点蚀严重,AM60和ZK60合金的耐蚀性相近。
The corrosion performance of four kinds of cast magnesium alloys, such as ZK60, AM60, AZ31 and AZ91D, soaked in SBF simulated body fluid for 72 h was compared. The corrosion microstructure of magnesium alloy was observed by SEM. The corrosion rate of magnesium alloy was calculated by weight loss method. The corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy was further evaluated by polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Studies have shown that AZ91D alloy corrosion rate is the lowest, and was uniform corrosion. AZ31 alloy corrosion resistance of the worst pitting and serious corrosion AM60 and ZK60 alloy corrosion resistance similar.
