6月中旬，我们上海科技代表团一行十人，踏上赴西藏的行程。党中央第三次援藏工作座谈会，确定了“对口支援、分片联系”的方针，上海市、山东省对口支援日喀则，上海派出49位援藏干部，其中一位科技干部在日喀则地区科委任副主任。我们此行去考察交流西藏科技工作，并慰问援藏
In mid-June, a delegation of 10 members of our Shanghai science and technology delegation embarked on a trip to Tibet. The CPC Central Committee’s third symposium on assistance to Tibet identified the principle of “counterpart support and fragmented ties”. Shanghai and Shandong Province supported Shigatse counterparts and Shanghai sent 49 aid Tibet cadres. One scientific and technological cadre in Xigaze District Branch Appointed deputy director.
