为贯彻《关于在全国统配煤矿开展“质量标准化、安全创水平”活动的决定》,推动煤炭行业焦化厂、煤气厂质量标准化工作的深入开展,在统配煤矿总公司综合利用局的指导和组织下,经过积极准备,全国煤炭行业焦化厂、煤气厂研讨会于1992年12月8日至10日在徐州矿务局焦化厂召开。来自各焦化厂、煤气厂、大专院校及科研单位的代表一致认为这次会议是非常重要非常及时的。我国煤炭行业煤炭加工与综合利用特别是煤炭的深度加工起步较晚,规模较小,技术和管理水平较低,要走向市场、参与竞争,必须经过积极地努力。
In order to carry out the Decision on Carrying Out Activities of “Quality Standardization and Safety Leveling” in coal mines nationwide, promote the quality standardization of the coking plant and gas plant in the coal industry, and in the guidance of the General Bureau of Comprehensive Utilization of Coal Mines Organized, through active preparation, the national coal industry coking plant, gas plant seminar on December 8, 1992 to 10 in Xuzhou Mining Bureau coking plant was held. Delegates from all coking plants, gas plants, universities and research institutes agreed that the meeting was very important and timely. China’s coal industry, coal processing and comprehensive utilization of coal in particular the depth of the late start processing, small scale, low technology and management, to the market, to participate in the competition, we must make a positive effort.
