当归补血口服液系我院研制的治疗小儿营养性缺铁贫血(IDA)的纯中药复方口服液,其临床有效率达91.43%。我们采用薄层扫描法对其主要有效成份之一的阿魏酸的含量进行了实验研究,为当归补血口服液的内在质量控制提供依据.
Angelica blood oral liquid is a pure Chinese herbal compound oral liquid developed in our hospital for the treatment of children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia (IDA), its clinical effective rate of 91.43%. We used the thin-layer scanning method to study the content of ferulic acid, one of the main active ingredients, to provide the basis for the intrinsic quality control of Danggui Buxue Oral Solution.
