为了我党全面、自觉、深刻的建设和发展,党的十八大宣布要向建设以学习为基础、服务为根本、创新为目标的“三型政党”方向发展。这个建设目标即能够满足人民的期望,又适应时代的发展需求,同时也能够为建立有中国特色的社会主义事业指明发展方向。
For the comprehensive, conscientious and profound construction and development of our party, the 18th CPC National Congress announced that it is going to develop in the direction of building a “three-type political party” with learning-based services as the fundamental and innovative goals. This goal of construction is to meet people’s expectations and to meet the development needs of the times, and at the same time to set a clear direction for the establishment of a socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.
