随着房地产业的迅猛发展,房地产企业档案管理的内外部环境也发生了许多新的变化,出现了很多新问题,档案数量大,门类多,档案管理方法手段落后,工作质量低,影响了档案的保管和利用,阻碍了企业的健康发展。为了适应知识经济和新时期房地产业的发展需要,企业就必须站在企业发展的战略高度,用长远的眼光,采用科学、有效的管理手段,依法、规范管理企业档案,增强档案的实用性和有效性,达到电子档案和纸质档案同步建立、按照权限安全利用档案的目的,实现档案管理的现代化、规范化、科学化管理的目标。
