文章分析了新形势下小规模、非盈利性中医专科医院存在的人力资源管理中的问题,并提出一些应对措施。从员工(关系)管理、岗位分析、绩效管理、薪酬体系(设计)、员工培训五方面,对新形式下小规模、非盈利性中医专科医院人力资源的科学管理方法进行讨论。还结合工作的实际与思考,提出了加强小规模、非盈利性中医专科医院人力资源管理的对策与思路,通过科学的人力资源管理,营造健康、积极的人才发展环境,制定科学的奖惩机制以适应新形势下小规模、非盈利性中医专科医院发展。
The paper analyzes the problems in human resource management existing in small-scale, non-profit hospitals in the new situation and puts forward some countermeasures. This paper discusses the scientific management of human resources in small-scale, non-profit TCM hospitals under the new form from five aspects: staff (relationship) management, position analysis, performance management, salary system (design) and staff training. Combining with the actual work and thinking of the work, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and ideas to strengthen human resource management in small-scale, non-profit TCM hospitals, and through scientific human resource management, to create a healthy and positive development environment of qualified personnel and formulate a scientific reward and punishment mechanism Adapt to the development of small-scale, non-profit TCM hospitals in the new situation.
