目的比较外来器械规范化清洗与使用厂家说明书建议方法清洗之间的质量差异性。方法对Stryker骨创伤外来器械,分别采用常规的清洗方法(对照组)、厂家提供的清洗说明书所示方法(实验组)进行清洗。清洗后采用目测与ATP生物荧光法对清洗效果进行检测。结果目测法检查对照组、实验组器械清洗合格率分别为95.8%、95.5%。ATP生物荧光法检查对照组合格率为79.4%,实验组为合格率92.2%。结论外来器械使用厂家提供说明书所示方法清洗更符合外来器械特点。
Objective To compare the quality differences between standardized cleaning of foreign instruments and the recommended method of cleaning using the manufacturer’s instructions. Methods The Stryker bone trauma external devices were cleaned by the conventional cleaning method (control group) and the method provided by the manufacturer in the cleaning instruction (experimental group). After cleaning, visual inspection and ATP biofluorescence were used to test the cleaning effect. Results Visual inspection of the control group, the experimental group instrument cleaning pass rates were 95.8%, 95.5%. ATP biofluorescence test control group was 79.4% pass rate, the experimental group was 92.2% pass rate. Conclusion Foreign instruments using the instructions provided by the manufacturer to clean the cleaning device more in line with the characteristics of foreign instruments.
