目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年3月-2011年3月采用中西医结合疗法治疗的86例慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料,并以同期采用西医治疗的86例患者为对照组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:经过2个月的治疗,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods: The clinical data of 86 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated by Integrative Medicine from March 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Twenty-six patients treated with western medicine during the same period were selected as the control group. treatment effect. Results: After 2 months of treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
