高速铁路火灾应急演练是提升铁路部门应对列车内突发火灾能力的重要手段之一,因涉及列车调度员、司机、随车机械师和客运人员等多个不同部门,高铁线路在开通前后均须进行综合应急演练,并对整个演练过程进行评价和整改。为了提高高速铁路火灾演练评价的准确性及科学性,在分析影响因素的基础上,建立了相应的评价指标体系,并利用模糊层次分析法确定该指标体系中各级影响因素的权重。以某条高铁运行试验中火灾演练数据为实例进行验证,结果表明该方法可以对高速铁路突发火灾应急演练进行评价,验证了该方法的可行性和应用效果。
High-speed railway fire emergency drills are one of the important means to enhance the railway department’s ability to cope with sudden fires in trains. In order to improve the accuracy and scientific evaluation of high speed railway fire drills, based on the analysis of the influencing factors, the corresponding evaluation index system was established and the weight of each influencing factor in the index system was determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The fire drill data of a high-speed rail running test are used as an example to verify the results. The results show that this method can evaluate the emergency fire emergency drill of high-speed railway and verify the feasibility and application effect of this method.
