患儿,男2(4/12)岁,因腹部渐增大已一年余,发热,气急3-4天,于1984年6月1日入院。于出生11个月时突然高热,腹泻,解水样蛋花便,一日大便3-4次,伴非喷射性呕吐,一日4-5次,轻咳,口干,尿少,烦躁,经住院治愈以后反复多次发热,咳嗽,气急,呻吟,时有腹泻,为蛋花样便,腹部渐增大,经检查肝脏明显肿大,肝功正常,于1984年5月27日高热,39℃左右,面部生脓疱疹,咳嗽,痰少,5月30日开始气急,烦躁,呻吟,精神萎靡,收住院。
