目的了解掌握2008年徐州市放射诊疗单位放射卫生工作的现状,为进一步改善该市放射诊疗单位放射卫生工作状况提供依据。方法对徐州市全市范围内由江苏省卫生厅和徐州市卫生局发放《医疗机构执业许可证》并开展了放射诊疗活动的医疗机构进行全面的卫生监督检查,并进行统计分析。结果5家三级医院均未取得放射诊疗许可,二级医院的《放射诊疗许可证》持证率为41%,一级医院的持证率为87%,民营医院的持证率为45%,总的持证率只有57%;部分放射诊疗单位对放射诊疗工作场所放射防护不重视,未采取防护措施或落实不到位;部分放射诊疗单位在个人防护用品配备上也存在比较突出的问题;放射诊疗人员《放射工作人员证》和《医师执业证书》持证率分别为94%和99%。结论卫生行政部门应加强对放射诊疗建设项目“三同时”的审查,加大对普通老百姓放射卫生知识的宣传教育,加强对放射诊疗单位负责人和放射工作人员的培训,同时加大卫生监督执法力度,通过宣传教育来提高放射诊疗单位的法律意识和责任意识,通过社会监督和行政执法监督等措施督促放射诊疗单位来落实好放射防护工作。
Objective To understand and master the status quo of radiation and sanitation work of radiotherapy units in Xuzhou City in 2008 and provide the basis for further improving the radiation and sanitation status of radiological units in the city. Methods A comprehensive medical supervision and inspection was carried out on the medical institutions that issued medical practice permits from Jiangsu Provincial Department of Health and Xuzhou Municipal Health Bureau within the scope of Xuzhou Municipality and carried out statistical analysis. Results All the five tertiary hospitals did not get the radiotherapy and treatment permission, the second-level hospital’s radiotherapy and medical permit rate was 41%, the first-class hospital rate was 87% and the private hospital rate was 45% , The total certification rate is only 57%; part of the radiation treatment and treatment units radiotherapy work place radiation protection is not valued, did not take protective measures or implementation is not in place; part of the radiation treatment units in the provision of personal protective equipment, there are also more prominent issues; Radiation clinic staff “radiological staff card” and “physician practicing certificate” certificate rate was 94% and 99%. Conclusions The health administrative department should strengthen the review of the “three simultaneous” radiodiagnostic projects, increase publicity and education on ordinary people’s radiological health knowledge, strengthen the training of the chief radiological unit and radiological staff, and at the same time improve the hygiene To supervise and enforce laws and regulations, raise legal consciousness and sense of responsibility of radiotherapy clinics through publicity and education, supervise and urge radiotherapy clinics to implement radiological protection through measures such as social supervision and supervision of administrative law enforcement.
