随着社会的发展,经济体制的不断创新,作为生态建设中占主导地位的林业成为了国家经济发展的重要项目,是经济发展向“绿色经济”转型的一个重要方向。项目管理和资金核算是林业建设的重要组成部分,近年来国家颁布了关于支持林业建设的许多政策和项目,但从林业经济发展的进程来看,项目管理和资金核算存在着诸多问题,制约了林业经济的发展道路。
With the development of society and the continuous innovation of economic system, forestry, as the dominant ecological construction, has become an important project of national economic development and an important direction for the economic transformation to “green economy”. Project management and capital accounting are important components of forestry construction. In recent years, the state has promulgated many policies and projects on supporting forestry construction. However, judging from the progress of forestry economic development, there are many problems in project management and capital accounting, which restrict Forestry economy development path.
