要做好班主任工作,首先要了解学生,这当然可以通过谈心、家访等形式做到这一点。但是,有的学生不善于口头表达;有的即使有想法也不愿当众说出来。那么,怎么了解这样的学生呢?我觉得写命题周记是个好方法。通过学生的周记,教师可以深入地了解每个学生的思想情况,还可以通过写批语、谈心等办法,切实解决他们的思想问题,帮助他们成为德智体全面发展的好学生。去年我刚接任现在这个班工作时,就布置了《我的个性》、《我的三个好榜样》等命题周记。

I think write proposition weekbook is a good way. Through the student's weekly diary, teachers can understand each student's thought situation in depth, and can also effectively solve their ideological problems by writing criticisms and talking about the heart and help them become good students with all-round development in morality and intelligence. When I just took over the job of this class last year, I arranged the weekly notes on “My Personality” and “My Three Good Practices.”
