本文研究提出了基于计算机图形方式进行最简化技术统计操作的思想。研制工作在我国以往经验的基础上,参考了巴林、日本、美国和埃及等国研制的同类系统特点,提出了具有我国特点,符合计算机发展潮流的系统设计方案。这个方案改变了传统代码录入方式,突破了竞赛技术信息量大与录入速度慢的瓶颈,首创按预设逻辑算法自动生成新信息的技术,极大地减轻了操作员工作量,具有特强纠错功能,并独创直观反映竞赛技术信息的图式统计结果,可输出50种分析角度不同的报告。此系统于1998年6月通过国家体育总局科教司的鉴定。系统为一套名为《图式手球竞赛技术统计系统》的软件和与之相配套的中英文《操作指南》手册。系统的英文名为:《Pictorial Handball Match Statistics》,缩写名称:PHMS。本系统于2000年5月16日在瑞士通过国际手球联合会专家组评估,6月30日经手联理事会批准,正式成为国际手联的标准系统而将应用于所有世界级大赛。
This paper puts forward the idea of the most simplified statistical operation based on computer graphics. The system was evaluated in Switzerland on May 16, 2000 by the International Handball Federation Expert Group. It was officially approved by ITU Council on June 30 and will be applied to all world-class competitions.
