[目的]提高农药悬浮剂配方的开发速度,缩短开发周期,提高配方的普适性和稳定性。[方法]高通量配方技术被应用于农药悬浮剂配方开发,实现了农药悬浮剂配方的系统性筛选和快速开发。[结果]应用高通量配方开发技术,成功研制开发了一种35%吡虫啉悬浮剂配方:吡虫啉35%,润湿剂Dowfax 2A1 2%,分散剂Dow Orotan SN 3%,黄原胶2%,硅酸镁铝0.3%,丙二醇5%,消泡剂DK1247 1%,去离子水补足100%,该配方具有广谱特性,能适应来自不同厂商、不同有效含量的吡虫啉原药。
[Objective] The research aimed to improve the development speed of pesticide suspension formulation, shorten the development cycle, and improve the universality and stability of formulation. [Method] The high-throughput formulation technology was applied to the development of pesticide suspension formulations, and the systematic screening and rapid development of pesticide suspension formulations were realized. [Result] The formula of 35% imidacloprid suspension was successfully developed using high throughput formula development technology: imidacloprid 35%, wetting agent Dowfax 2A1 2%, dispersant Dow Orotan SN 3%, xanthan gum 2% Magnesium aluminum silicate 0.3%, propylene glycol 5%, defoamer DK1247 1%, deionized water make up 100%, the formula has broad-spectrum characteristics, to adapt to different manufacturers, different effective content of imidacloprid original drug.
