目的 研究中国北方人群磺脲受体 1(SUR1)基因 2 4内含子 - 3t/ c多态性与血脂的相关性。方法 研究对象为 132对 2型糖尿病的病例对照和 2 82个 2型糖尿病家系。用聚合酶链反应 (PCR) -长度多态性的方法检测磺脲受体 1基因 2 4内含子 - 3t/ c多态性。统计方法采用 t检验、多元线性回归和以家系为基础的相关性检验。结果 在非糖尿病的对照人群中 ,SUR1基因 2 4内含子 - 3t/ c多态性 cc基因型的总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL)及载脂蛋白 B(Apo B)水平均比 tt型和 tc型高。家系资料分析结果表明 SUR1基因 2 4内含子 - 3t/ c多态性与 TC、Apo B以及体重指数 (BMI)等表型资料存在显著相关性。结论 在中国北方地区人群中 SUR1基因 2 4内含子 - 3t/ c多态性与 TC、L DL和 Apo B等血脂水平显著相关
Objective To investigate the association of 24 gene intron 3 of sulfonylurea receptor 1 (SUR1) gene with blood lipids in northern China. Methods The subjects were 132 case-control cases of type 2 diabetes and 2 82 pedigrees of type 2 diabetes. Sulfonylurea receptor 1 2 4 intron - 3 t / c polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) - length polymorphism. Statistical methods using t test, multiple linear regression and family-based correlation test. Results The total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (L DL) and apolipoprotein B (Apo B) in SUR1 gene intron 3 - 3 t / c polymorphism cc genotypes were higher in non - diabetic control subjects The level is higher than tt type and tc type. The results of pedigree data showed that there was a significant correlation between SUR2 3 intron 3 t / c polymorphism and phenotypic data such as TC, Apo B and body mass index (BMI). Conclusions There is a significant correlation between SUR3 2 intron 3 t / c polymorphism and TC, L DL and Apo B levels in Chinese population in northern China
