力源精纯溶栓酶治疗急性脑梗死23例疗效观察

应用力源精纯溶栓酶 (Defibrase)治疗急性脑梗死 (ACI) 2 3例 ,有效率为 73.9% ,明显高于单用低分子右旋糖酐治疗的对照组 (2 3.1% ,P <0 .0 5 )。表明力源精纯溶栓酶治疗急性脑梗死疗效较好。
