本文总结76例151只眼视网膜色素变性的暗视视网膜电图的特性,全部病例都呈现异常的病理改变,其中84.8%为熄灭型,15.2%为降低型,证实熄灭型为本病主要电生理特征。比较暗视视网膜电图改变与暗适应、视野及色觉变化的关系,发现51.4%的熄灭型眼伴有重度暗适应功能降低,视野缩窄呈管型,部分患者还有色觉障碍,显示不同程度蓝色盲或全色盲,这类病人的预后极差。并观察到某些病人虽其暗适应功能轻度降低,视野呈周边环状缺损,色觉正常,但其暗视视网膜电图为熄灭型,提示此项检查对该病早期诊断意义。
This article summarizes the characteristics of 76 cases of retinitis pigmentosa of 151 cases of retinitis pigmentosa, all cases showed abnormal pathological changes, of which 84.8% were extinguished, 15.2% of the reduced type, confirming the extinction of the main electrophysiological feature. Compared with dark vision, dark vision, visual field and color vision changes, we found that 51.4% of extinct eyes with severe dark adaptation function decreased, visual field narrowed tube type, some patients also have color vision disorders, showing varying degrees Blue-blind or panchromatic, these patients poor prognosis. And observed that although some patients with dark adaptation mildly reduced visual field was peripheral ring defects, normal color vision, but the dark as the retina electrogram is extinguished, suggesting that the examination of the disease early diagnosis.
