显性核不育是一种罕见的自然现象,1972年,山西省太谷县的高忠丽,从小麦223品系的繁殖田中发现了一株不育材料,经中国农业科学院作物所研究鉴定,认为是受显性单基因控制的天然突变体,是在世界小麦中第一次发现的,稀有的、珍贵材料,被命名为太谷核不育小麦。十多年来,已将这一不育基因广泛地导入到几千个小麦品种和品系中,并用于各种方式的杂交,选育出了一大批优良单株和有望品系。
Dominant nuclear infertility is a rare natural phenomenon. In 1972, Gao Zhongli from Taigu County, Shanxi Province, found a sterile material from the propagated field of wheat 223 strain, which was identified by the crop research institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as The natural mutant, controlled by a dominant single gene, was the first rare, precious material in the world that was named Taigu nuclear sterile wheat. For more than a decade, this sterile gene has been extensively introduced into thousands of wheat varieties and lines and used in various ways to breed, breeding a large number of excellent individuals and promising lines.
