(一)招聘会为提高学生们的日记质量,我可没少费心思,每天绞尽脑汁,千方百计调动他们写日记的兴趣。但心急吃不了热豆腐,最近发现孩子们的日记越来越枯燥。流水账比较多,新鲜的句子很少出现。一般的乖乖宝都是实打实地记录一天发生的事情,如同白开水,不咸不淡,没有作料,毫无新意。静心琢磨,究其原因:孩子们日记中的语句不美,应该美容一番。开办“句子美容院”的想法油然而生。周四一大早,我悄悄地来到教室,贴出句子美容院招聘启事:
