本文从理论上阐明了分析仪器在节约能源方面的作用,指出:①在各种燃烧过程中,通过测量烟气中的O_2或CO_2含量,控制最佳空气过剩系数,可达到节约燃料的目的;②利用分析仪器可以提高生产效率和质量,从而实现节能;③在废气回收工程中,分析仪器可以监控废气回收的质量,同时确保安全;④分析仪器的应用有利于三废治理。最后介绍了热导、热磁、氧化锆、红外及工业色谱仪等分析仪器的基本情况及其在节约能源方面的应用实例,并对三、五年内国内节能分析仪器的发展提出了一些建议。
This paper clarifies the role of analytical instruments in energy conservation, and points out: (1) In various combustion processes, fuel economy can be achieved by measuring O_2 or CO_2 in flue gas and controlling the optimal air excess coefficient. ② The use of analytical instruments can improve production efficiency and quality, thereby saving energy; ③ In the exhaust gas recovery project, the analytical instruments can monitor the quality of exhaust gas recovery, while ensuring safety; ④ The application of analytical instruments is conducive to waste management. Finally, the basic situation of analytical instruments such as thermal conductivity, thermal magnetism, zirconia, infrared and industrial chromatograph and their application in energy conservation are introduced. Some suggestions are put forward for the development of domestic energy-saving analytical instruments in three to five years.
