小学语文是学生成长中系统了解语言文化知识的第一站。教师们该以怎样的方式去提升与学生的话语沟通,培养他们对语言文化的兴趣,是新时代素质教育的重中之重。良好的互动不仅活跃了课堂的氛围,还锻炼了学生与学生之间,学生与教师之间的语言沟通能力,而素质教学往往是建立在良好师生沟通的基础上。本文主要立足教学目标,分析师生互动的必要性,对如何有效地提高沟通能力等方面展开论述。
