伴随着我国经济水平的快速提升,建筑行业竞争越来越激烈,建筑企业也在思考进一步的发展问题。目前,建筑企业管理工程项目应用的重点在建筑工程的造价管理上,这是由于造价管理方式是使建筑企业发展向前迈步的重要举措,而且造价管理对企业管理水平有促进作用。在工程实际造价管理中,依然存在一些问题,威胁到造价管理在建筑工程的应用。所以只有找出问题所在,并解决以促进工程顺利开展,提高建筑的企业管理水平,提高企业在市场上的竞争力。本文基于此对建筑工程造价管理与控制提出了建议,希望对建筑工程项目的管理提供一些参考和借鉴。
