PPP模式是一种新型的公共项目融资模式,将其应用到旅游项目开发中,既能够体现旅游项目的公益性,又能够实现旅游项目的盈利性,对缓解政府财政资金压力,拓宽旅游项目融资渠道有着重要意义。本文从分析旅游资源开发的传统融资模式弊端入手,介绍PPP项目融资模式的涵义及其在旅游资源开发中应用的可行性。在此基础上,阐述PPP项目融资模式的运行流程,并提出应用该融资模式的策略建议,期望对促进旅游业长远可持续发展有所帮助。
