农村学校美术教师在学校教学中起到举足轻重的作用。在如今自主高效课堂教学模式发展的过程中,美术教师理所当然应该起到主力军作用,运用多种途径提高农村美术课堂教学能力。1积极参加上级组织的技能培训提高美术教师的学习意识。经常组织学校美术教师参加上一级组织的中小学教师培训。通过培训提高美术教师的认识,使他们掌握新的美术教学理念,找到自身的差距和不足。
Rural school art teachers play a decisive role in school teaching. In the process of self-directed and efficient classroom teaching, the art teacher should play a major role as a matter of course, and use various approaches to improve the teaching ability of rural art classrooms. 1 to actively participate in the skills training of higher organizations to improve the art teacher’s sense of learning. School art teachers are often organized to attend primary and secondary school teacher training at a higher level.
