以高油品种合丰47分别与高产品种黑农37和高油品种黑农44杂交所得的2个重组自交系群体(AB,AC)以及高油品种东农46与高产品种垦鉴23杂交获得的1个重组自交系群体(DE)为材料,比较分析了3个重组自交系群体在7个不同环境下油分含量的遗传变异和主要农艺性状的相关性。结果表明,3个群体的油分含量呈正态分布,双亲油分含量高有利于提高杂交后代的油分含量。在不同环境下3个群体油分含量与单株粒数、单株荚数呈正相关,与株高呈负相关。油分含量与单株粒重在AB和AC 2个群体中呈正相关。大豆油分与其它农艺性状相关性在不同群体和不同环境下存在差异。通径分析结果表明,单株粒数与单株粒重对油分含量的直接和间接效应最大。
Two recombinant inbred lines (AB and AC) obtained from the crosses between high-yielding cultivars Hefeng 47 and high-yielding cultivars Heinong 37 and high-oiling cultivars Heinong 44 were crossed with high-yielding cultivar Dongnong 46 and high-yielding cultivar Jianjian 23 One recombinant inbred line population (DE) was obtained from the three populations. The genetic variation of three oil inbred lines and their agronomic traits were compared and analyzed in seven different inbred lines. The results showed that the oil content of three populations showed a normal distribution, and the high oil content of the parents could improve the oil content of the hybrids. In different environments, the oil content of three populations was positively correlated with the number of per plant, pods per plant, and negatively correlated with plant height. Oil content and grain weight per plant in AB and AC 2 groups was positively correlated. Soybean oil and other agronomic traits in different groups and under different circumstances there are differences. The results of path analysis showed that the direct and indirect effects of grain weight per plant and grain weight per plant on oil content were the highest.
