人比一般動物不同的地方,就在於我們能够用手拿着工具進行勞动,而且有一個發達的大腦,能够進行思維活動.人總是希望能够認识世界,並从而去改造世界。从很古的時候人們就開始根據自己的经历和想像去解釋事物。譬如我國有一個很古老的傳說,說是有一位盤古氏。把混沌的世界用斧子劈開,从此才有了天地。这個石斧是最早的勞動工具之一,人們用它造舟楫,製耒耜,因而人們也就產生一种联想和信念:以為天地都是人用勞動、用斧头開闢的。实際上人也確实是逐漸学会了改造自然和控制自然,所以这個傳說是表达了人的意志和願望的。人們就是这樣依靠自己生活中的經驗、知識和願望,來对客观事物進行理解並表達自己的理想和願望的。神話傳說雖然有幻想

People always want to be able to understand the world and thus to change the world. From ancient times, people began to explain things according to their own experience and imagination. For example, there is a very old legend in our country that there is a Pangu. The world of chaos was opened with an axe, and there was only heaven and earth since then. This stone axe was one of the earliest tools of labor. People used it to make boats and to make rafts. Therefore, people also came up with a kind of association and belief that people and the world were created with labor and an axe. In fact, people have gradually learned to transform nature and control nature, so this legend is expressed in people’s will and desire. People rely on their experience, knowledge and aspirations in their own lives to understand objective things and express their ideals and aspirations. Myths and legends have fantasy
