国家贸易管制政策调整对一些行业来说,有利空,也有利好。自2008年以来,我国政府积极应对经济危局,在加工贸易禁止(限制)类目录、降低出口关税、通关便利化政策等方面均适时做出了调整,显示了政府在改善对外贸易环境,缓解企业经营压力等方面的努力。国家贸易管制政策措施调整自2009年1月1日起开始执行,目前已对一些企业产生了直接影响。有的企业因贸管政策的调整而获利,有的企业却受到了负面影响。但总体上讲,作为国家宏观调控的一部分,从更深层次来看,最终获利的是大多数企业。
