目的 :探讨缩宫素治疗咯血的疗效。方法 :10 2例咯血病人 ,男性 66例 ,女性 36例 ,年龄 4 1a±s 19a( 16～ 70a)。均给缩宫素 5～ 10U加入50 %葡萄糖注射液 2 0mL静脉注射 10～ 15min ,继用缩宫素 10～ 2 0U加入 5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液50 0mL静脉滴注 ,一日剂量 4 0～ 60U。结果 :显效37例 ,占 36.3% ,有效 56例占 54.9% ,无效 9例占8.8% ,总有效率 91.2 %。止血时间最短 8h ,最长 8d ,平均 3.8d± 1.3d。无明显副作用。结论 :缩宫素治疗咯血疗效显著 ,安全可靠
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of oxytocin on hemoptysis. Methods: A total of 102 patients with hemoptysis, 66 males and 36 females, aged 4 1a ± s 19a (16 ~ 70a). Were given oxytocin 5 ~ 10U 50% glucose injection 20mL intravenous injection of 10 ~ 15min, followed by oxytocin 10 ~ 20U added 5% glucose and sodium chloride injection 50 0mL intravenous infusion, a daily dose of 4 0 ~ 60U. Results: 37 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 36.3%, effective 56 cases accounting for 54.9%, ineffective 9 cases accounting for 8.8%, the total effective rate was 91.2%. The shortest bleeding time 8h, the longest 8d, an average of 3.8d ± 1.3d. No obvious side effects. Conclusion: oxytocin treatment of hemoptysis significant effect, safe and reliable
