一、概述 三河尖矿主井井筒荒径6.4米,净径为5.6米。在井筒垂深387.3~459.4米井段的开凿施工中,采用了三个半月的FJD6型伞形钻架,配合YG80型导轨式凿岩机进行凿岩。实际循环46个,进尺76.3米,其劳动组织为四个专业班,即打眼放炮班、出矸喷射混凝土班、出矸班及出矸清底班。每天四班作业(循环作业图表见图1)。实行叫班制(滚班制),即不仅控制作业时间,而且要求每班按质、按量完成既定任务后才能升井下班,否则,要延长工作时间。这种劳动组织的优点是工作专业化,使技术得到不断地提高,人人都明确本班的任务,有利于循环的完成,有利于加快施工速度。
