目前,由于被重新认识与定位,个体私有经济正成为经济生活中的一个热点,发展个体私有经济也被各地政府列为重要施政内容之一。然而,一些地方政府在推动个体私有经济发展的过程中,仍然未完全告别旧观念和老办法,由此而或深或浅走入了误区。目前我国正在优化和调整所有制结构,特别是发展和繁荣个体私有经济已提到各级政府的议事日程上。然而,认为加快发展个体私有经济的根本目的和主导方向就是扩张其规模和数量,只要提高了它在国民经济中的比重,问题就会解决,
