“防线”这一词,原系军事术语,是指防范敌人入侵所建筑起来的一道防御工事。实际上,在人的体内也有一些防线,例如,防止细菌入侵大脑的血脑屏障;胎盘屏障拦住许多有害于胎儿的细菌病毒;人体的生殖道也有一条天然防线,由于性别的不同,生殖防线也不一样,男性有血睾屏障,而女性的生殖道防线,与男性相比,就复杂得多了。谈到女性生殖道防线,不得不归功于女性生理器官的组织解剖和生物、化学的特点。正是由于这些特点,才使女性自然而然地组成了一条天然防线,从而起到防御外界微生物的侵袭。
