本文简要地叙述了近年来国内外农机用新铸铁材料在试验研究及生产方面的一些情况,特别是对国内的情况进行了比较全面的叙述。对这些新铸铁材料的特性及理论根据,作了一些必要的说明,对它们的一些主要工艺参数进行了阐述。并对有关这些新材料在农机制造中如何应用和进一步研究发展,提出了一些意见。认为铸铁材料质量差、强度低、耐磨性不好等模糊观念,一定要改变。
This article briefly describes some of the experimental and researching and producing aspects of new cast iron materials for agricultural machinery both at home and abroad in recent years. In particular, it gives a fairly comprehensive account of the domestic situation. The characteristics of these new cast iron materials and theoretical basis, made some necessary instructions, some of their main process parameters are described. And put forward some opinions on how these new materials are applied in agricultural machinery manufacturing and further research and development. Think of the poor quality of cast iron materials, low strength, poor wear resistance and other fuzzy concepts, we must change.
