我所自1970年以小麦、水稻两作物为材料开展花粉培养以来,到1971年为止两作物中均获得了培养植株。水稻在1970年共获一百多棵绿色小植株(白化苗不算在内),移栽成活了47棵,根尖染色体检查结果大部分为二倍体(2n=24)。1971年收获了它们的种子,并在海南岛通什地区进行繁殖。看到来自杂种F_1花药培养的植株后代无分离现象,说明这一方法
Since 1970, pollen cultivation has been carried out in wheat and rice paddy fields, and by 1971, both cultivated plants have been obtained. In 1970, a total of more than 100 green plants (not including albino seedlings) were obtained from paddy rice. Forty-seven transplants survived, and most of the root tip chromosome test results were diploid (2n = 24). Their seeds were harvested in 1971 and multiplied in the Tongsheng area of Hainan Island.
