“三助”生长课堂教研模式探究是在生长教育理念下根据新课程要求探索的校本教研模式。“三助”包括从“自助”的课堂备课、试教、反思,到“求助”的课堂观察、问题式教研、反思改进、集体备课及“乐助”的课堂观察、自由建议、反思提升的递进研究,“三助”教研模式帮助教师解决了教学实际问题,促进了教师群体的成长。
“Three help ” to explore the growth of classroom teaching and research model is based on the concept of growth education based on the requirements of the new curriculum to explore the school-based teaching and research model. “Three Help ” includes class preparation, teaching and reflection from “self ” classroom observation, problem teaching, reflection improvement, group preparation and “music help ” class Observation, suggestion of freedom and progressive research on reflection improvement. The “three aid” teaching and research model helps teachers to solve practical problems of teaching and promote the growth of teachers’ groups.
