目的探讨布鲁氏菌病持续高发原因和解决方案。方法分析布病与农民生活行为的关系,分析布病与管理职能缺失的关系。结果接触家畜增加布病感染机会;流通管理缺失导致布病传染源流入;病畜变卖导致布病传染源扩散;误诊导致布病转为慢性。结论建立畜间布病监测机制;“戴乳胶手套”干预高暴露人群;分别对不同人群进行健康教育;制止病畜的流通。
Objective To investigate the causes of persistent high incidence of brucellosis and its solutions. Methods The relationship between brucellosis and peasant life behavior was analyzed, and the relationship between brucellosis and management function was analyzed. As a result, exposure to livestock increased the chances of brucellosis infection; the lack of circulation management led to the influx of brucellosis; the spread of sick animals led to the spread of brucellosis; misdiagnosis led to chronicity of brucellosis. Conclusion The establishment of monitoring mechanism of brucellosis; “latex gloves” to intervene in high-exposure groups; health education for different groups; to stop the circulation of sick animals.
