对湖南省长沙市394名基层党政干部的工作状态进行问卷调查,发现当前基层干部存在工作倦怠,表现为工作情绪不佳,工作态度欠妥,对基层工作的意义和价值认识不足等。基层干部工作倦怠受主客观因素共同影响,改善基层干部工作状态既需个人坚定信念,提升能力,增强改善工作状态的内生驱力;又要求组织部门完善制度,优化环境,夯实改善工作状态的外部推力。
A questionnaire survey was conducted on the working conditions of 394 grass-roots party and government cadres in Changsha City, Hunan Province. It was found that the current grass-roots cadres have job burnout characterized by poor working mood, poor working attitude and lack of understanding of the significance and value of grassroots work. The grassroots cadres’ job burnout is affected by both subjective and objective factors. To improve the working conditions of grassroots cadres, we need individuals to firmly believe and improve their capabilities and enhance the endogenous drive to improve their working conditions. Organizations are also required to improve their systems, optimize the environment, and improve the working conditions External thrust.
