抗战时期国民政府如何加强金融监管、主导企业融资的问题,近年来学界取得了相关研究成果~①。笔者以为,已有研究成果的关注点,一是从经济政策、经济思想演变的视角探讨国民政府逐步构建金融统制体系、强化国家资本发展的内在逻辑。二是以公司制度变迁为对象,探讨不同类型企业资本发展的总体趋势,但缺乏对战时后方国民政府向工矿企业融资活动情形及企业资本发展演
During the Anti-Japanese War, the National Government how to strengthen financial supervision, leading the issue of corporate finance, academia has made relevant research results in recent years ~ ①. The author believes that the focus of research has been to study the internal logic of gradually constructing the financial control system and strengthening the development of state capital from the perspective of economic policy and economic thought evolution.
