冠状动脉痉挛不仅对变异型心绞痛而且对各型静息时心绞痛、某些劳力性心绞痛、某些急性心肌梗塞都起着重要作用。文献指出,冠状动脉产生的前列腺素I_2具有调节冠状动脉张力的作用。阿司匹林通过阻断环式氧化酶而抑制前列腺素I_2的合成。本文报道4例男性,年龄42~66岁的变异型心绞痛患者,服用大剂量阿司匹林对其发作的影响。4例中除1例静息心电图胸前导联T波倒置外,余3例均正常,而发作时ST段均抬高。冠脉造影则显示左前降支、右冠状动脉及左旋支分别有25~90%不同程度
Coronary spasm plays an important role not only in variant angina and in various types of resting angina, some exertional angina, and some acute myocardial infarctions. The literature points out that prostaglandin I_2 produced by coronary artery has the effect of regulating the tension of coronary artery. Aspirin inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandin I_2 by blocking cyclooxygenase. This article reports 4 male patients, aged 42 to 66 years of variant angina patients taking large doses of aspirin on its attack. In 4 cases, except for 1 case of resting electrocardiogram chest T-wave inversion, the remaining 3 cases were normal, while the ST segment were elevated during the attack. Coronary angiography showed that the left anterior descending branch, right coronary artery and left circumflex were 25 to 90% different degrees
